There’s an app these days for near everything,
What you should eat,
The right words to say,
How to choose a diamond,
When to cut hay.

There’s an app to read the Bible with,
Devotionals, commentaries too,
An app that builds a farm,
Apps to raise a dynasty,
One’s to keep your ID from harm.

Of all the apps and programs to pick,
You’d think someone would create,
An app to keep me from sinning,
Temptation from my way,
Wait, my heart has that app, if I am but willing.
